Get our initial opinion on whether we can help you

Before we can give an estimate on repairs or upgrades, we need to know about your Apple Macbook fault or requirement. The process is as follows and we’ll give the initial assessment completely free of charge:

  • 1. Complete and submit the form giving as much detail as possible.
  • 2. We will contact you by e-mail and might ask more questions if we feel we need more information.
  • 3. We will let you know if we think your Macbook is repairable along with an initial estimate.
  • 4. If you’re enquiring about an upgrade, we’ll tell you if it is possible and what the cost would be.
  • 5. It is entirely up to you whether you want to accept our estimate and place an order. There is no obligation.
  • 6. If you accept, we will arrange collection of your Macbook and you’ll be asked to complete an order form.
  • 7. Once we have your Macbook, we perform a thorough inspection, fully assess the fault, and let you know if the estimate needs to change – you don’t need to accept a revised estimate if you don’t want to. We will return your Macbook if you decide not to proceed.
  • 8. We give you an estimated timeframe for the repair/upgrade.
  • 9. You may be asked to place a deposit on your order depending on the type of work involved.
  • 10. You pay the balance of your order in full when the Macbook is returned to you (by debit/credit card or in advance by bank transfer).

You can read our full Service Terms if you want to, but you’ll be sent these for confirmation if you place an order.

Name
We need your postcode to be able to confirm if we offer our collection and return service in the event that you go ahead with a repair.
Please give as much information as you can, whether any problem is intermittent or continual, is it a battery not holding charge, a broken screen, keyboard or key not working, trackpad fault, etc. If you aren’t sure what the problem is please try to describe it.
Giving us the serial number is preferred as this lets us identify the Macbook exactly. You will find it on the bottom of the Macbook or by clicking on the Apple logo in the top left of your Macbook screen and selecting “About this Mac”. Serial numbers are usually 12 characters in length. If you can’t find the serial number, we need the the model number that is printed in small characters on the bottom of most Macbooks and will be similar to A1502, A1398 etc.
Confirm that you understand you are requesting an initial opinion only and that submitting this form does not mean we can guarantee a repair/upgrade is possible.
We will give you our initial opinion and an estimate for repair/upgrade that would be subject to our service terms if accepted.
