If you are in another NE, SR, or DH postcode area, we might still be able to provide our service. However, it will incur a pre-quoted and pre-payable surcharge.

Please note that we do not offer any repair or upgrade services to postcode regions outside of these regions.

How does our Macbook repair and collection service work?

It’s very easy. You fill out our contact form, providing us with as much information as you can about the issue you are experiencing with your Apple MacBook or the upgrade you are inquiring about.

We send you an estimate and assessment for your repair, if we think a repair is possible.

If you decide to accept that repair, you place the order and we arrange the collection date and time. You must confirm acceptance of our service terms (shown below).

Occasionally, particularly where expensive parts might be involved, we will request a deposit.

You can pay the deposit through any major debit/credit card. We use a wireless payment card reader when we collect your MacBook.

We collect your Macbook, repair it, and we arrange the date and time to return it to you. You wirelessly pay the balance due on the order by major debit/credit card at your door!

All our repairs and upgrades come with a warranty. We don’t speak jargon unless you want us to! We operate a friendly, professional and transparent service from beginning to end.

IMPORTANT – Collection & Return Service Terms

  • You accept that our collection and return service is subject to change. We cannot guarantee being able to collect and/or return a device to some areas of the region. We reserve the right to reject orders from any address without giving a reason.
  • You accept that our collection and return service is subject to delays beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that collection or return will not be delayed. Road traffic, roadworks or other factors outside of our control can make the originally scheduled time unachievable.
  • When an address means we will incur parking charges, you must advise us at the time of ordering. Failure to do so implies acceptance that they will be added to your final invoice.If you fail to do so, you accept that they will be added to your final invoice.
  • When your address requires us to pass through security, you will advise us when placing an order.
  • If your address requires us to park more than a 2-minute walk from it, you will advise us when ordering.
  • In instances where the collection or return address is in a building that is not at ground-floor level, such as an office in a business development or a flat/apartment above ground level, you must advise us at the point of requesting an estimate and you accept that we may retain the right to ask you to meet us at ground floor level to hand-over the device.
  • When arriving to collect or return your device, if we deem the immediate surroundings to be unsafe due to third parties that may be present, weather conditions or any other reason we consider unsafe, we reserve the right to postpone the collection/return and contact you to rearrange it or to request another collection/return location.
  • In the event that you are not able to give us your device at the pre-arranged collection date and time, you are liable for a missed collection fee of £25.00. If you wish to re-arrange the collection date and time, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice but cannot guarantee that your preferred re-arrangement date and time will be available. If you have decided to cancel your order, you are still liable for the £25.00 missed collection fee. Each attempt to collect your device at the pre-arranged time, if you are not able to give it to us, will result in the £25.00 fee being charged. We reserve the right to reject to re-arrange collection and to cancel your order. Upon placing a deposit on an order, any fees for missed collections will be deducted from it, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. If your deposit does not cover the missed collection fees, you will be invoiced for the balance due.
  • If you are not able to accept your device at the pre-arranged return date and time, you are liable for a missed return fee of £25.00 in addition to the cost of repair. We will contact you to re-arrange the return of your device and the missed return fee will be added to your final invoice due payable prior to or at the point of return.
  • You will ensure that any pets or other animals in your possession that are present at the point of collection or return will be suitably restrained and kept away from our staff.
  • You accept that we reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if you or any other party present at the time of collection or return threatens, abuses or intimidates our staff in any way and that we will not engage in further communication with you if this occurs other than to require settlement of any monies outstanding. If repairs/upgrades ordered have not been completed, but you have placed a deposit on the order, we reserve the right not to refund the deposit due to breach of contract.
  • You will need to sign for the handover of your device to us at the point of collection, and we will provide you with a receipt acknowledging the transfer of the device into our possession.
  • You will need to sign for the return of your device.
